Front Desk Coordinator & Team Lead Needed

Skin Sense, an award winning day spa is searching for qualified candidates. We are seeking personable, enthusiastic, sales driven team players with a can do attitude for the position Team Lead and Front Desk Coordinator. Prior spa industry experience is not necessary, but experience in hospitality, retail or other client-service industries may be helpful. We are hiring for full time for both our Brier Creek and North Raleigh locations.

FRONT DESK COORDINATOR:
Work along side the Spa Director and Lead Spa Concierge of the spa location to satisfy the needs of internal and external clients at Skin Sense a Day Spa

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain professional front desk and phone etiquette when performing daily tasks
  • Perform scheduled cash counts throughout the day
  • Accountable for calculating day end deposits accurately
  • Responsible for daily data entry and up keep of information in client profiles
  • Possess the ability to effectively communicate with clients and staff
  • Provide quality sales techniques to ensure the success of retail goals for the store
  • All day to day activities must be performed while providing quality customer service at all times.
TEAM LEAD POSITION

 

We are also in search of extraordinarily personable, enthusiastic personnel for the position of a third tier manager. A Team Lead is to deliver the highest levels of client service. Prior spa industry experience is not necessary, but experience in hospitality or other client-service industries may be helpful. Prior management experience is not required, but an aptitude for managing multiple tasks, effective and courteous communication, and use of computers is important.

All candidates must be able to work on weekends, evenings, and during the days surrounding key holidays. Evening and weekend availability is required.
